For those who do not know about the Lions Led by Donkeys podcast, it is a podcast discussing military blunders throughout history hosted by Joe Kassabian, an Armenian-American veteran of Afghanistan who is now firmly anti-war.</p> <p>I don&rsquo;t think the topics discussed are light-natured in any way, and the comedic portrayal of military affairs and warfare would&rsquo;ve rubbed me the wrong way had the host not been a veteran himself, which in my eyes helps to legitimise it. I also do not agree with the podcast&rsquo;s perspectives on everything. Anyways, the content of the liveshow revolved around the failure of the 1841/1842 Sante Fe expedition.</p>
